Agencies recruit and manage hosts on Walo Live and earn commission on their team's combined performance.

Agency commission rate
Your grade is set by your team's total points over the previous 30 days. Higher team performance unlocks a higher rate.

Agency rules
- Commission level is based on total agency team points in the previous 30 days.
- The achieved level determines the agency commission rate for the applicable period.
- Higher team performance unlocks higher commission.
How commission is calculated
We total the points earned by every host in your agency across the previous 30 days. That rolling total sets your grade, and the grade determines your commission rate for the applicable period. The rate applies to the whole team total, not only to the amount above the grade threshold.
Only points earned by hosts registered to your agency count. Points a host earns before joining your agency, or after leaving it, are not included.
Responsibilities
- Agencies are responsible for the conduct of their hosts. Repeated policy breaches by an agency's hosts may result in the agency being removed from the programme.
- Agencies must not charge hosts a fee to join, and must not withhold a host's earnings.
- Agencies must not recruit minors, or hosts who cannot pass identity verification.
Prohibited practices
The following will void commission for the affected period and may end your agency agreement:
- Inflating team points through self-gifting, coordinated gift recycling, or any arrangement that returns coins to the sender.
- Registering fake, duplicate or inactive accounts as hosts.
- Using bots, emulators or automation to inflate team performance.
- Directing hosts to breach the Community Guidelines.

Grades, rates and requirements may change. Changes are published on this page with an updated effective date.
