Tools available in the app

Report

Report any profile, room, message or post from inside the app. Reports go to a moderation team.

Block

Blocking takes effect immediately and stops all messages, calls and room contact from that account.

Verify

Hosts complete face and identity verification, which limits duplicate and impersonation accounts.

Moderate

Room owners can mute and remove users. Platform moderators can restrict features or suspend accounts.

Our standards

Walo Live is an 18+ platform. Nudity, sexual content and sexual services are prohibited everywhere on the app, and any sexualised content involving a minor results in immediate permanent suspension and a report to the relevant authorities. The full list of what is and is not allowed is in the Community Guidelines.

How reports are handled

  1. You report the account, room, message or post from the app.
  2. The report reaches a moderation queue with the context needed to review it — including recent room activity where relevant.
  3. A moderator reviews it against the Community Guidelines and takes action: warning, content removal, feature restriction, or suspension.
  4. Serious cases are escalated immediately and can result in a permanent ban without a prior warning.

Protecting minors

  • Accounts are 18+ only, and age is confirmed at sign-up.
  • Accounts we believe belong to a minor are suspended pending identity verification.
  • Reports involving a minor are prioritised and, where required by law, referred to the relevant authorities.

Staying safe

  • Do not share your address, ID documents, bank details or passwords.
  • Walo Live staff will never ask for your password or ask you to send coins or diamonds.
  • Be cautious with anyone who asks to move the conversation to another platform, or who asks you for money.
  • Block first, report second — you do not need to keep engaging to report someone.
